TRIXA provides e-commerce (Trixa Store / biashara.tz), payment (Trixa Pay / Malipo), business operations (Trixa Compose), analytics (Trixa Analytics), and online education (Weledi Academy) services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Transaction and subscription fees are disclosed at signup or in your account dashboard. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
All TRIXA platforms, software, branding, and course content are owned by TRIXA LIMITED or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload.
Services are provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIXA's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Dar es Salaam.
